Definitions: “Image(s)” is defined as, any/all visual representations, whether captured, delivered or stored in photographic, magnetic, optical, electronic or any other media, furnished to you (hereinafter “User”), by the Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation
“User” shall mean the individual, legal entity or agent accepting these Site Terms (hereinafter “Agreement”) or any employee or contractor of such individual, legal entity or agent. All Users shall only use the Images in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
User Names and Passwords are not transferable without the prior written permission of the Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation.
Approved Uses: The User may save, download, print or internally distribute Images for approved uses only, which include scholarly research for a paper, exhibition, catalogue and as visual aids for the Foundation’s representative galleries.
Copyright: All Images and content on this site, including the copyrights therein, are owned by The Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation. Images are for research and reference purposes only. Any reproduction of the Images is strictly prohibited without the express written permission from the Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation.
